We ship to all 50 U.S. states with fast processing and reliable delivery. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times. Economy shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Tracking is provided for every order. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, our team is here to help.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Times

Orders begin processing quickly. Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within:

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through your Order Status Page. Please allow the carrier time to scan and update tracking information—this may take up to 24 hours after your label is created.

6. Delays & Carrier Issues

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or operational disruptions. These delays are outside our control, but we will always support you in resolving issues. If your tracking has not updated for 3 business days, feel free to reach out so we can assist.

7. Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with household members
  • Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, garage)
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order
  • Allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

If the package still cannot be located after these steps, contact us and we will help review next steps.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders begin processing immediately, address changes are not possible once you submit your order. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
